Who is responsible
Lufan Systems is responsible for the personal data described here (the controller for website visitors and our customers’ account details; the processor for the data our customers enter into JamboFlow). Contact: [email protected].
What we collect on the website
The details you send us through a form or by email: name, email, company, phone and your message. If visitor statistics are switched on, they are anonymous and use no cookies.
What we process in JamboFlow
Account details of your users (name, email, role, sign-in history) and the business data your company enters: customers, locations, equipment, work orders, notes, photos, signatures, times and parts. Your company decides what is entered and is the controller of that data.
Why we use it
To answer your requests, set up and run your account, send service emails (password links, invitations, notifications, invoices), provide support, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.
Who helps us
Servers: Hetzner Cloud. Network and protection: Cloudflare. Email delivery: the email provider we use for sending. Each of them processes data only on our instructions. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries for up to 2 years. Account data for as long as the subscription runs. After it ends we keep the data for 30 days so you can export it, then we delete it, unless the law requires longer (for example invoices).
Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, optional two-step sign-in, separate company data, roles and a change history. See the security page for details.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. JamboFlow uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language.
Changes
We publish changes to this policy on this page and inform customers by email about important changes.
