Guide

How to use JamboFlow

A short, practical guide from creating your account to your first signed and closed work order.

1

Create your account

Open app.lufansystems.com/signup, enter your company name, your name, email and a password. Your workspace is ready at once, with a free 30-day trial and every module.

Tip: Use your work email — it becomes your sign-in name.

2

Choose your language

Every user can switch between English, Macedonian, Albanian and German at any time, at the top of the screen.

3

Follow the “Get started” checklist

The dashboard shows a short checklist: customers, locations, equipment, team, first work order and first preventive plan. Each step has a Start button.

4

Import customers and equipment from Excel

Open Import from Excel, choose what to import and download the template — or use your own file with the same column names. Paste or upload it, check the preview and press Import.

Tip: Missing customers and locations can be created automatically while importing equipment.

5

Invite your team

Add users under Settings → Users and give each person a role:

Company admin
manages users, settings and the subscription
Manager
plans work, preventive plans and approves purchase requests
Technician
sees and completes their own work orders on the phone
Viewer
can look, but not change anything
6

Create a work order

Choose the customer, location and equipment, set the priority (Low, Normal, High or Urgent), describe the problem and assign a technician.

7

Technicians work from the phone

Technicians open My work on their phone, call the customer or get directions, press Start work, add photos, get the customer’s signature and complete the job with a short resolution.

8

Set up preventive maintenance

Under Preventive, create a plan for a piece of equipment: how often (days, weeks or months), the first due date and the technician. Work orders are created automatically before each due date.

9

Use parts and order what is missing

Record the parts used from stock. When something is missing, create a purchase request. A manager approves it, it becomes a purchase order, and you receive the items at once or in parts. Stock updates automatically.

10

Plan routes and print reports

Put each technician’s jobs for the day in the right order. Filter work orders, parts and activity by period, then print or save them as PDF.

11

Check your plan and trial

The days left in your trial are shown at the top of the screen. Choose a plan or ask for more time from there, or see the details under Settings → Subscription.
