The service
Lufan Systems provides JamboFlow as an online service (software as a service) on a subscription basis. These terms apply between Lufan Systems and the company that uses the service (“customer”).
Free trial
New customers can try the service free for 30 days, without a payment card. When the trial ends, access is paused until a plan is chosen; data is kept for 30 days.
Accounts and acceptable use
The customer is responsible for its users, for keeping passwords safe and for the data it enters. It is not allowed to misuse the service, overload it, try to access other customers’ data or use it for unlawful purposes.
Prices and payment
Plans are paid monthly or yearly in advance, by invoice. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. If an invoice is not paid on time we may pause access after a reminder; data is not deleted.
Your data
The customer’s data belongs to the customer. Administrators can export all data to Excel at any time. We process the data only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available around the clock and announce planned maintenance in advance where possible. Support is provided by email on business days.
Changes to the service
We improve the service continuously. We do not remove a core feature from a paid plan during the paid period without notice.
Liability
The service is provided with professional care. Our total liability is limited to the fees the customer paid in the 12 months before the event, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit.
Ending the subscription
The customer can end the subscription at the end of the paid period. We can end it with 30 days’ notice, or immediately in case of serious misuse. After the end, data is kept for 30 days for export, then deleted.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Skopje, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
