Your data is safe and stays yours
JamboFlow is built so that every company sees only its own data, every change is recorded and you can take all your data with you at any time.
Separate company data
Every request is checked against your company. Users from another company cannot see or change your records — this is covered by automated tests.
Encrypted connections
The app and this website work only over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes (bcrypt), never in readable form.
Two-step sign-in
Every user can protect the account with a 6-digit code from an authenticator app. Recommended for administrators.
Roles and permissions
Administrator, manager, technician and viewer. Technicians see only the work assigned to them.
Change history
Status changes, assignments, parts, photos and sign-ins are recorded with time and person.
Export at any time
Administrators download all company data to Excel — also after the trial or subscription ends.
Where the data is
The app runs on servers of Hetzner Cloud. Database, photos and signatures are stored together, so a database backup contains everything.
Privacy
- No advertising or tracking cookies — the app only uses a sign-in cookie and a language cookie.
- Visitor statistics on this website, if used, are anonymous and cookie-free.
- We never sell data and use it only to provide the service.
- A public QR page shows only the equipment, service dates and your company’s contact — never customer names.
